Professor ZhuFeibelieves that high-quality and full employment is related to the sense of security, sense of gain and happiness of the society and citizens. Youth employment is an important topic among employment issues in all countries. It is the future of a country. To achieve high-quality and full employment for young people, the key is to: first, promote the development of new quality productive forces, stimulate economic vitality, deepen and refine traditional business models, and promote the development of new business models; second, strengthen vocational development education, deepen the knowledge and skills of occupational orientation and career development, and encourage the social culture of diversified employment; third, at the source of talent supply, avoid the practice of “rushing to set up majors” in universities, the homogenization of talent cultivation, and the one-sided encouragement of extending education years to delay employment problems; forth, strengthen the legal protection of employment rights and interests, ensure the quality of employment while achieving employment, prevent some employers from using the dominant position of the “buyer” to engage in any infringement acts in the severe employment situation, and build a positive workplace culture.
