10-16 October 2019，CUFE Chair Professor Dr. BhumikaGuptafromTélécom Ecole de Managementvisited CUFE Business Schoolfor teaching. Dr. Gupta has delivered courses International and Cross-CulturalCommunication, Managing Up: Managing Yourself, and Perception and IndividualDecision Making, for the 2017 undergraduates, the 2018 undergraduates, and the2017 overseas students, respectively. Dr. Bhumika Gupta’s lectures wereimpressive and rich in contents, with frequent faculty-student interactions. The learning outcome was well praised by the students.

Dr.Bhumika Gupta’s research fields are human resources management, leadership,organizational behavior and innovation. Dr. Bhumika Gupta is enthusiastic aboutserving the first line of teaching and has a wealth of teaching experience forinternational students. In recent years, Dr. Bhumika Gupta enthusiasticallypromoted the inter-school cooperation between Télécom Ecole de Management andCUFE Business School, activelycarried out teaching and academic research cooperation, and made positivecontributions to the development of the internationalization of CUFE Business School.
