周泉博士现任澳大利亚伍伦贡大学凯发平台的讲师（助理教授）。她于2016年获得新西兰奥克兰大学博士学位。在加入伍伦贡大学之前，曾在新西兰梅西大学任讲师和奥克兰大学进行博士后研究。主要研究方向为非盈利运营及供应链和农业价值链研究。

讲座摘要：

The international community is cautious about donation of dated medical supplies, and most concerns relate to macro-level effects on the recipient country. Here we focus on personal protective equipment (PPE) and similar products, which have low risks associated with aging and safety. Taking safety as given, we carefully model the incentives in the medical supplies donation supply chain, providing insights into the likely effects of corruption and impacts on the local industry. We find that the impact of donation is not monotone in the quality of donated products, and thus suggest that the international community reconsiders its stand on banning donations from dated reserves.
