主讲人介绍：StephenXu ZHANG。他是悉尼大学战略👨🏼‍🦲、创新🧏‍♀️、创业系的副教授，主要的研究方向是创业者认知🤹🏻‍♂️、创业战略、创业失败等。他的文章发表在Small Business Economics、Entrepreneurship Theory & Practice、International Journal of Sustainable Development & World Ecology等期刊上。

Abstract：

Learning is fundamental toentrepreneurship. Using the theoretical perspective of self-regulation, wedevelop and test a model suggesting that contingency of self-worth (CSW)influences to what extent proactive behaviors translate into learning. Wefurther posit the amount of learning matters for new venture progress. Wetested our theoretical model in 2 studies of entrepreneurs with one baselinemeasurement and eight repeated measurements of 491 and 571 observationsrespectively. The results support the model and contribute to our understandingof the antecedents and consequences of entrepreneurial learning.
